Kiddington
means an estate associated with a man called
Cydda. In 1086 Kiddington was known as Chidintone.

Kiddington
encompasses Over Kiddington and Nether Kiddington.
To
travel by road to Kiddington, exit the M40 at Junction 10, and turn
on to the B430 to Ardley and Middleton Stoney. At Middleton Stoney,
turn right on to the B4030 towards Lower Heyford and stay on the
B4030 until you reach the traffic lights at Hopcrofts Holt. Continue
straight on at the lights (it's a dog-leg straight-on, with a jink
to the right and then to the left), and about a mile later you will
see a signpost for Steeple Barton on the left. Turn left, carry
on through Steeple Barton and follow the signposts for Kiddington.
Alternatively,
you can exit the M40 at Junction 9, turning on to the A34 towards
Oxford. At Oxford, there is a junction on the A34 with the A44.
Turn north on to the A44 and carry straight on until you reach Kiddington.
